Privacy policy

Anonymous analytics. If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited and the general type of device and browser. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not use this to identify you personally. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.

Messages you send us. Our contact form opens your own email program; if you write to us, we receive the email address you send from and the contents of your message. There is no account or login system on this site.

Calculator inputs stay local. Values you enter into our calculators and label generators (such as weight, ingredients, or serving sizes) are processed in your browser to produce a result. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

With your consent, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage. We also store a single small preference in your browser to remember your cookie choice so we don’t ask again. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and site data in your browser, which will bring back the consent prompt.

We rely on a small number of service providers: Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) for the optional analytics described above, and Vercel for website hosting and delivery. Nutrition data is sourced from the public-domain USDA FoodData Central. Pages may link to external websites, which have their own privacy practices that we don’t control.

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration and then aggregated or deleted. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your message.

You can decline analytics cookies from the banner, clear cookies in your browser at any time, and choose not to contact us by email. NutriFactsHub is a general-audience informational tool and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
